Dr. Fiolakemi Sowemimo — “Dr. Fiola”, as she is known to most of her patients — has practiced medicine in the Freehold area since 2009. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed her residency at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian. She served as a hospitalist at Allen Hospital, New York Presbyterian Hospital and currently serves as an attending physician at CentraState Medical Center.
Dr. Fiola is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Her practice, Prime Internal Medicine, is committed to building life-long relationships with patients throughout the course of their lives, emphasizing wellness strategies and managing times of illness or injury.
